We are seeking an Administration Assistant based in our Glasgow office.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage phone calls and email correspondence
Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
Typing, printing and scanning documents
Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and schedule deliveries
Create and update records and spreadsheets
Prepare and submit timely reports
Order office supplies
Prepare cost comparisons
(Fusion will provide full training for all of the above)

 

Skills Required:

IT skills, experience of Word and Excel
Excellent organisational skills
Be thorough and pay attention to detail
Confident telephone manner and excellent verbal communication skills
National 5 or Higher in Administration and IT would be beneficial

 

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (09:00-17:00)
Working times can be flexible to fit the needs of the right candidate and agreed prior to employment.

We are seeking a Plumbing Apprentice, based in commercial sites throughout the UK.

 

If you have ambitions to play a key part in driving our business forward, then we want you to join us at an exciting time of development and growth to realise your full potential.

You will report directly to your site supervisor and will receive a training plan detailing the steps of your apprenticeship. Work will entail working alongside a qualified plumber/heating engineer and learning your chosen trade. At the end of your apprenticeship with Fusion you will be fully qualified.

From your very first day of training with us, you’ll be gaining transferrable skills and qualifications that could set you up for life. You don’t need to know how to do the job before you get here, because we’ll give you all the entry-level training you need and pay you to learn.

Salary:

As set out in SNIPEF guidelines

 

Key Responsibilities:

Study plumbing and pipe fittings

Learn to install and maintain heating systems including plumbing and pipework

Learn how to make heat-loss calculations

Become proficient in basic technical drawings

 

Skills Required:

Responsible learner with an ability to work under instruction and to use initiative.

 

Licence/Certification:

English and Maths GCSE to a minimum National 4, National 5 is preferable

Must hold a valid CSCS Card

Driving Licence (preferred)

 

Schedule:

Monday (08:00-16:30) to Friday (08:00-15:00)

37.5 hours per week
